Subprocessors

These providers process personal data on our behalf to run Vetiu. We give 14 days' notice before adding a new one.

2.AI model providers
Vetiu's AI features may use models from any of the approved AI providers listed above (GPT, Claude or Gemini). We choose the model per task based on quality, availability and cost, and may switch between these providers at any time without notice. By accepting this list, the Customer authorises all of them as subprocessors.
- No training: your content, prompts, searches and AI outputs are not used to train or improve any provider's models.
- Inference only: data is sent only to answer the request and is not used for any other purpose.
- Limited retention: providers may keep request data briefly for abuse monitoring under their enterprise terms, then delete it.
- Protected in transit: all requests are encrypted and contain only the minimum workspace content needed.
Adding a new AI provider (beyond those listed) follows the normal 14-day notice.
