Keeping your team's knowledge and results safe is part of the product. Here's how we approach it.
1.Workspace isolation
Every workspace is separated at the database level. Access rules check workspace membership on every request, so one company can never see another's data.
2.Access control
Role-based permissions (owner, manager, employee) decide who can edit content, assign training and view results. Quiz answer keys are checked on the server and never sent to the browser.
3.Data in transit
All traffic to Vetiu is served over HTTPS.
4.Infrastructure
Vetiu is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure operated by providers that hold independent SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. Data is stored in secure, access-controlled data centres and backed up regularly.
5.AI and your data
Vetiu's AI features (search answers, summaries, quiz and content drafts) run on models from approved providers: OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini). We pick the best model per task and may change it over time. All are listed on our Subprocessors page.
- Never used for training. Your articles, documents, writing, search queries and AI outputs are not used to train or fine-tune any AI model, by us or by the providers.
- Only what's needed. A request contains only the question and the relevant content from your own workspace, retrieved on our servers with your access rules applied.
- Isolated. AI answers only draw on your workspace; another company's content is never included.
- Encrypted and short-lived. Requests are encrypted in transit; providers process them to return a reply and do not keep them beyond short-term abuse monitoring.
- You own it. Inputs and AI-generated outputs belong to your organisation.
6.Accounts
Passwords are never stored in plain text. Managers can remove members instantly, which ends their access.
7.Report a vulnerability
