Find knowledge gaps in Team Analytics

Use topic accuracy and recent results to find where coaching or updated content is needed.

Where the numbers come from

Knowledge gaps are calculated from separately assigned quizzes and check-ups, grouped by the topic tags on each question. Quizzes taken inside a course are not counted, so the view shows what people remember on the job rather than what they just read.

This is why consistent tagging matters: if questions about refunds use three different tags, the results get split and the gap is harder to see.

Read the page

  1. 1Click Team Analytics in the left sidebar.
  2. 2Set the date range and, if needed, the team filter at the top.
  3. 3Look at topic accuracy: topics with low accuracy across many people are knowledge gaps.
  4. 4Scroll down to each member's modules completed and accuracy. Accuracy below target is highlighted in red.
  5. 5Compare periods to see whether a topic is getting better or worse.

Decide what to do

  • Weak across the whole team? The article is probably unclear or outdated — fix it first.
  • Weak for one person? Coach them or assign the relevant chapter again.
  • One question nearly everyone gets wrong? Check that the question and its correct answer are actually right.
  • Assign a short follow-up check-up on the topic and compare the next results.
